HEY YOU! Signs portable dry erase boards can be used for many different occasions and locations. It is perfect for coaches, teachers, children’s homework, college projects, as an emergency sign for your vehicle, marketplace venues, sporting and special events, and so much more!
The most unique part of our product is that it is portable and includes dry-erase markers, a microfiber cleaning cloth, a clear plastic PVC bag, and a shoulder strap. The carrying case includes an extra storage pouch for accessories. All of these features reduce waste, save paper products from landfills and can be reused. As an environmentally friendly alternative to paper product waste, our collapsible dry erase boards will last for years to come!
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Our portable dry erase boards fold to a compact 18” x 5.1/2” x 1 1/2” in the carrying case. When you are ready to use them, they expand to an easy to read size of 18” x 22″ x 1/8”.

HOW TO USE
- To use your Hey You! Signs portable dry erase boards, simply remove your board from the clear carrying case.
- After that, remove the storage clip from the side and place it back in the clear pouch for safe keeping.
- Remove the two plastic board stiffeners from the back of the sign.
- Hold the board down firmly with your hand to lay it flat and apply the stiffener to the edge of the board.
- Place one stiffener bar at the top of your board, the second at the bottom of the board and snap into place.
- Rotate the board and apply the other stiffener to the opposite side of the board edge.

HEY YOU! Signs provide a dual-sided microfiber cloth. The red side of the cloth can be used to clean smartphone, software screens, glasses, etc. The black side is specifically designed for cleaning the board itself.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR HEY YOU SIGNS DRY ERASE BOARD
Clean your portable dry erase board prior to first use with a mild soap and water (do not use abrasive cleaners). Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Then, before storing your board after use, wipe it down to prevent staining.
Do not use adhesive tape of any kind on the boards surface.
Depending on your usage of the board, use disinfectant wipes and a dry cloth to keep the board clean and usable.
Use only dry erase markers. Other markers may permanently damage the writing service. For best results, replace markers at least once a year.
Avoid leaving marks on the board surface for a prolonged period of time. Dry erase ink becomes difficult to erase over time, especially when exposed to direct sunlight or high amounts of humidity. The carrying case is also sensitive to temperatures over 80 degrees.

HEY YOU! Signs recommends using these products to hang your dry erase boards. These items are sold separately, please see instructions on the manufacturers packaging.
- Suction Cups
- 3M Command Hooks (For Hanging on Wall)
Apply suction cups to clean smooth surface such as glass, windows and doors. Suction cups may stick better if a small amount of water is rubbed on rims.
For a fence, use ‘S’ hooks instead.
Please note: some of hanging hardware is not included, but may be found at common hardware stores.
